The Sister Kenny Network

This paper was presented at the 12th Biennial Conference of the Australian and New Zealand Society of the History of Medicine, held in Brisbane, Australia, 13-15 July 2011. The paper presents evidence which supports my proposition that Elizabeth Kenny fabricated her account of her discovery of her system for treating poliomyelitis while she was working as a bush nurse in the Darling Downs region of Australia.
